JNCI Wins Biomedical Engineering Service Company of the Year at NHEA 2023

 

JNC International, a leading medical equipment solutions company, has been awarded the Biomedical Engineering Service Company of the Year at the 2023 edition of the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards (NHEA). This was announced at the ninth edition of the awards ceremony held on Friday, 23rd June 2023 at the Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island Lagos.

The Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards is organized by Global Health Project and Resources in partnership with Anadach group. According to the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the award, Dr Anthony Omolola, the 2023 edition of the award had over twenty thousand nominations across its various categories. In his words, “Over the years, the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Award has continued to strive to deliver creative ways to honour excellence across the healthcare space and this edition is no different. As the theme suggests, strong health systems are essential to improving the health and well being of Nigerians and we are committed to this.”

Five organizations were nominated in the Biomedical Engineering Service Company of the Year category- JNC International, Pacific Diagnostics Limited, PPC Limited, Tanit Medical Engineering Ltd, and Swiss Biostadt Limited. JNC International emerged winner in this category winning the award for the seventh time.

Reacting to the announcement, Clare Omatseye, the MD/CEO of JNCI stated, “We are very humbled and pleased to receive this revered award for the seventh time. This award is the tenth NHEA award we have won, yet it feels like yesterday when we received the first one. As an organization, we are grateful to everyone who nominated and voted for JNCI in build up to this year’s award ceremony. We also appreciate all stakeholders that contribute to the work we do; our staff, management, clientele, regulators, and all other stakeholders in the industry that are part of the work we do. For us, the award is yet another call to renew our commitment to pursuing excellence in Nigerian healthcare - a commitment that is engrained in the JNCI core values.
